Class A (transistor) 40W/channel stereo power amplifier, bridgeable mono via switch on rear panel. Very good condition (see photos). Made by N.E.W in California. UK 240V.
This is the matching power amplifier to the P3 pre-amplifier also listed, but one way and another had very little use over the years, and has been mostly in storage.
There’s one minor fault: the LED that’s supposed to show ‘Charging’ no longer lights up and I never bothered to replace it, since I never could fathom what it was supposed to indicate anyway. It’s accessible if anyone wants to try.
Although the makers of this power amp (as far as I know) have long been defunct it’s in full working order and is actually a pretty simple design (see the pic of the innards) so should be easily repairable in the long term, unlike so many . . .)

Please note this weighs 10kg unpacked, hence the courier charge. If you wish to bid from outside the EU eBay will courier it under the ‘Gobal Shipping’ programme, and I have no control over what they will charge, though from previous experience, it’s usually reasonable. If any bidder successfully bid for both pre-amp and power amp, I’m afraid they would still have to be sent separately, since together they would be over the maximum weight most couriers allow without charging an arm and a leg. (Or both arms, both legs and a mortgage on top . . )
