This auction is for my Bose / Nakamichi / Tascam stereo system.It consists of a top of the range Nakamichi IA-3 stereo amplifier. Itis around 12-years old, but still sounds as good as the day I bought it (it wasa horrendous price new !) There are a few marks on it, but nothing major.The CD/Ipod player is a Tascam Professional CD-200i. It is 2-years old,and plays CDs and allows older Ipods to sit in the draw on the front. I havesadly lost the plastic converters that allow various models of Ipod to sit inthe draw, but I am sure they are readily available (it doesnt need them forthe standard wide pin connector version)There are two Bose Lifestyle speakers in black, and two in white. (Ihad a really fancy set-up at my last house, but sadly dont need it any more)It needs a sub-woofer to make it sound properly, as it would sound tinnywithout. But I am guessing if you are reading this you will already know that.I am selling a large Turbosound sub-woofer separately (the one I usedto use with this system (see My Other Items) but ring me if you would like tobuy the complete system.You will just need some speaker cable, a subwoofer, and a phono-phonolead to make it all work. Ideal project for a HiFi enthusiast ! This is anawesome old school system that sounds better than anything available on the HighStreet !
