One plastic face plate has a broken locking tab. The face plate is used to cover the mounting plate where you screw them into the wall, this at present his held with blue tac, you cant notice it when mounted on wall and in no way does this effect the performance or the cosmetic looks when wall mounted.
One locking screw has been replaced with an allen key screw.
