Warranty TermsVideo Access Technology Corp. We provides ONE year warranty on most of our products. Please review the following warranty restrictions. Basic Warranty Statement-
This warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials and workmanship by the manufacturer.
The warranty does not cover damages due to unnormal everyday usage. * Exclusions from Warranty :The product has been damaged due to disasters or extreme conditions,whether natural or human, including but not limited to flood, fire,lightning strikes or power line disturbances.
To obtain service, the original purchaser must present a sales receipt and/or proof of purchaseand send the products prepaid to: Video Access Technology Corp. (Taiwan) – Maintenance Department.

The purchaser is responsible for all cost regarding the return shipments.
Accessories will not be covered under the warranty nor accepted for exchange or returns. If your package is damaged upon arrival, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. All shipping-related claims should be made within 3 calendar days after the date of receipt.
