Bang & Olufson Beogram 1200 turntable without cartridge or stylus. I can see that when this came out about 1970 it must have blown the opposition into the weeds. It really is a lovely piece of equipment. Condition is Used with small flaws commensurate with age.. The flex was cut when I got it so I joined on a new piece and plug. I attached a wire to the metal chassis to connect to the ground on my amp and this stops the hum I noticed on first playing a record. I have lubricated the motor with sewing machine oil and it runs ok with a little noise. It sounds pretty good for an old turntable. Plays 33 rpm record very nicely when set to 45 rpm, suspect motor or ancient drive belt. The auto cue works as does the arm return on the smaller settings but does not return when set for LP’s. The clear cover is pretty good as well. This is for collection only on the Isle of Wight. I am listing the cartridge and stylus separately because they’re easy to post.
