Since 2006 we launched a range of AUX cables allowing an mp3 player, iPod and other music players to connect to B&O music and video systems. Over the years, these have proved to be extremely popular and still are to this day. With the world moving ever more to wireless products, we have been investing, innovating and designing three new wireless audio solutions designed exclusively for use with B&O music, video and loudspeaker products. ‘Wireless Bluetooth Receiver 1 for BeoSound/BeoCenter/BeoMaster’ In the line up to these new products is a wireless product that allows you to stream music from your iPod, iPad, iPhone (or other Bluetooth enabled device) to your B&O music system – no wires! We call this Wireless Bluetooth Receiver 1 for B&O BeoSound/BeoCenter/BeoMaster’ ‘Wireless Bluetooth Receiver 1 for BeoVision’ The second solution allows you to stream your music from a device to your B&O TV with full integration of the product into the back of most B&O TVs. (Please refer to our other eBay listings for this product.) ‘BeoLab Wireless Bluetooth Receiver 1’ Finally, we have ‘BeoLab Bluetooth Receiver 1’. This is a dedicated product that will allow you to connect a pair of BeoLab loudspeakers and stream music to these without the need for a B&O music system and/or TV. Needless to say that these exciting new wireless solutions will offer superior sound quality through the use of new Bluetooth audio standards and premium electronics designed and incorporated into the products – exclusively for use with B&O systems – not to be confused with cheaper alternatives available on the market! If you should have another manufacturers system, please do contact us as we also have products for use with these. The unit is very straight forward in it’s setup. The position of the Bluetooth module can be placed on the back of the BeoSound / BeoPlay product, to one side or in a cabinet. A sticky pad for attaching the module to a flat surface/inside a cabinet etc are fitted to the module. It is not necessary to have the unit on sight and with just a single power/setup switch, is very easy to control. Installation of the BT module into a cabinet may result in a shorter transmission range from your device to the unit. Under normal circumstances and environmental conditions, the range is up to 10 metres. The unit operates on Bluetooth version 4.2. The unit can operate on the internal battery backup alone without the need for a mains power connection. In this setup, the battery will provide up to 6 hours of playback time. If you require longer playback, the module can operate on mains power alone which also charges the unit at the same time.
Installation Setup Included with product. The product comes supplied with a switch-mode power supply and is designed to operate on 100-240 VAC (60/50Hz.) This is the mains voltage for the UK, US, Europe and most other countries around the world. If you are not sure, please ask using the ‘ask seller a question’.
