General rules:I sell VINTAGE items, which means they are old and used by other people.All items sold by me are cleaned and tested. I will always describe things correctly and honestly.You will receive exactly what has been described and photographed.
Unfortunately, I have been the victim of fraudulent returns. As a result, all items are security marked/tagged, including void stickers. Should items be returned and the void sticker has been removed then the return will be invalid. If you try to repair the item yourself, or involve a third party to do this, a return (including partial refunds) will not be accepted so please get in touch with me, if there is an issue with your item before attempting to repair it yourself. You have 14 day returns from day to recived the item. The buyers responsibility is to check the item (any damage during delivery, working order) and contents on the day of delivery!. Any irregularities or faults must be reported to me immediately by eBay message.Please keep all packaging until you are sure you will be keeping your item (we recommend keeping it for the full 14 day return window) as items need to be returned to us in original packaging. Item must be returned in original condition. PLEASE NOTE items listed as faulty, spares repairs untested, not working are exempt from 14 day returns.
