The Arcam rPlay DTS Play-Fi Music Streamer is Arcam’s latest addition to their rSeries which allows you to add network streaming services and internet radio stations to any system using DTS PlayFi, Apple AirPlay, or UPnP enabled music sources. Constructed using the finest quality parts and relying on Arcam’s stellar twenty plus years’ of experience, the Arcam rPlay DTS Play-Fi Music Streamer contains a circuit layout that is optimised for low noise and minimal distortion. The four-layer PCB included allows for the designers at Arcam to ensure the quality of the ground plane is maximised, allowing for the further reduction of interference between components.
The use of multiple low noise, individually regulated power supplies in the Arcam rPlay will guarantee the cleanest signal to the audiophile quality output stage. The rPlay boasss a fixed line level analogue output and a variable analogue output, using the same volume control as the Arcam A49 amplifier. Compatible with 802.11 b/g/n and playing host to a wired Ethernet (RJ45) connector, this intuitive device will deliver the most reliable results over your network.
