Arcam AVR280 7.1 surround sound home cinema receiver in black. Condition is Used.If you know Arcam you will know these are very high quality units, this model cost 1,200 when first launched. Arcam receivers like this have excellent sound quality for stereo music as well as for film. It is a 7.1 system delivering 7 x 80watts per channel. It has a huge range of inputs and lost of switching/set up options.It works perfectly BUT there is a slight buzz/hum when in use, hence the low price for a unit of this quality. The buzz/hum isnt really audible when music or films sound is playing but can be heard when there is no sound playing. I would rather be up front about this issue so please dont purchase if you are concerned.The CVR100 remote control (included) can learn to control other systems with input codes provided in the included manual – I had it set up to control a Pioneer Tv, Yamaha CD player and Panasonic DVD player, for example.I have factory rest it so it ready to set up to suit your needs.
