Arcam A85 Integrated Amplifier Vintage Hi Fi Separates Amp. Condition is not working.
Please note this amp has a fault which currently prevents it from working properly. The problem it has is when you switch the amp on the volume comes on at FULL volume and the volume knob does not allow you to turn it down. I have spoken to Arcam who have advised me that it could be repaired at the owners risk. I am sure if somebody has the know how this could be repaired quite easily or cheaper if taken to a reputable authorised Arcam repairers…as Arcam has a minimum repair charge.
I had considered having it repaired as it’s a beautiful sounding amp but have decided to upgrade to another Arcam amp instead.
The unit is in mint condition and despite it’s age has had very little use. Comes complete with manual, leads and remote control.
Due to the weight of the item this is collection only from London SE12 postal code.
