Extremely rare, top category AIWA SR CASSETTE Deck XK-S7000 3 MOTOR 3 HEAD, with Resonance Damping Wood base.
The deck powers up, fast forwarding and reversing, and also playing, but slower than expected, so apparently in the need of a belt service. Also the automatic door needs overhauling, as doesn’t work properly, needs playing with it to be able to open the door to insert/remove a cassette.
All switches and potentiometers seems to be working too.
Recording function untested.
Aesthetically the deck is in nice overall condition, but there are some marks, scratches to the body.
Regarding to the mentioned experiences, issues, I’m selling it strictly for spares or repairs with no warranty given and no returns accepted.
