The Pioneer PL-30K Turntable is a true blend of audiophile sound and convenience. Featuring a built-in phono stage and high-performance cartridge, this Pioneer turntable makes music listening experience satisfying and rewarding. It allows you to enjoy the pleasure of listening rich, warm and accurate music through an LP that awakens your senses and is way better than any other modern digital format.
The PL-30K comes equipped with a pre-mounted high-efficiency, high-performance moving magnet stereo phone cartridge, which is responsible for the valuable music output. Factory precision installed, this turntable does not require any mounting. The built-in phono equalizer allows the turntable to directly work with systems with a preamp or integrated amp, or with a receiver that does not have built-in phono stage.
This sturdy and solid turntable features a dual-layered chassis with a 4mm-thick metal plate that increases the mass and provides hard hitting sound. Its low center of gravity provides a stable playback with feedback and resonance free performance. A DC-servo-controlled motor works with a belt drive to deliver the best musical performance with low wow and flutter and signal-to-noise ratio of 60 dB. To keep your precious vinyl record safe and protected from vibrations, a 5mm thick rubber mat is placed on the die-cast aluminum platter which reduces the vibrations.
The tone-arm is also made from die-cast aluminum and features straight arm tube and static-balanced design. Detachable head shell aids in easy swapping of cartridge with overhand adjustment. The ant-skate dial leads to precision adjustment for most accurate stylus tracking and reduces distortion caused by tracking. With tone-arm’s automatic operation with 33 1/3 rpm LPs and 45 rpm 45s, you don’t even have to position it in the beginning and lift it at the end.
To keep you turntable immaculate for long, it comes with a tonearm cable fitted with gold-plated RCA connectors, a clear acrylic dustcover with removable hinges and a detachable AC power cord is provided.
