Vintage Ortofon SPU GT Stereo Cartridge with Guard and Box – Works, But… I tested this cartridge earlier and it sounded fine but there was a bit of a weird phasey hum. I compared it to my other SPU GT and it’s definitely more pronounced. Also the bottom cover has fractured as you can see. On the plus side the tip seems fine, the cantilever is straight and the suspension hasn’t seemingly stiffened. It comes with an original stylus guard and a box.
