Had to relist this due to a time waster who didn’t pay or respond after winning the bid. Rotel RA-1000 Amplifier. Was in good working order but problems, see description. Condition is for parts or not working. Dispatched with eBay delivery Packlink 1 day. This has proved to be a great amplifier for me for many years. I upgraded this and it has spent several years in the loft. It was in full working condition but after I took it out of the loft the left channel doesn’t seem to be working and a few on the controls crackle a little bit when adjusted. I thought I’d try headphones to see if they work and that is when I discovered the screw in the headphone socket. Although they wont admit it I figure one of my kids has popped that in there. Anyway its not tight and the screw is quite loose and will turn but I can’t get it out and don’t have the confidence to take the amp apart so it could well be an easy fix but because of this I’ve listed it for spares. It has a 8 way graphic equaliser, phono stage with switch (see photos) for four difference cartridge impedance and can support both moving coil and moving magnet carts. 4 speaker output, I used it to bi-wire speakers and it gave a great sound. Inputs include Aux, Tuner and 2 x tape inputs. The amp will also provide power for two other separates which you can see in the photos. I hope it finds a good home as I’m rather attached to it and it would be a shame for it to end up in the tip.
