No remote included because the one I have has issues so I suggest you buy a nice condition one of ebay the Beo4 remote are around 35 and last time I checked there was hundreds for sale on ebay. May be you might want to get the fancy Beo 5 or Beolink 5000!
However this does not really need a remote as all the buttons are on the front panel.
