CAMBRIDGEAUDIO ATAC 3 HI-FI AMPLIFIERA Mike Creek amplifier project for Cambridge Audio which looks a lotlike his earlier first version of the A1. A pretty rare amp compared with thenumerous A1 versions so I can’t find a manual or spec. list anywhere. I wouldsuspect about 30WPC in line with other Cambridge Audio amps from around 1995. Plenty of working line inputs and the tape loop has been tested with aMiniDisc recorder. NOTE! Like most Cambridge amps from this time”Aux/Phono” is only “Aux” as the optional internal phonostage is not fitted. Unlike most Cambridge amps, the caps can be removed fromthe speaker terminals to use banana plugs! (Hooray!)Cosmetically in good condition, with the odd dink and scuff fromstacking (although for ventilation it deserves its own shelf). Speaker connectionscan be made with banana plugs (or bare wire). Cash-on-collection fromBristol BS15 is preferred where it will be demonstrated working, however I have boxesand packaging to pack securely for courier posting.
