MARANTZ 1070M Amplifier. Vintage. 100% Original S/N 97T010159
The amplifier components are exactly as originally purchased, there has been absolutely no refurbishment, tinkering, modification. It requires a power lead plug, type IEC C9.
It is almost 40 years old with some slight discoloration on the front panel. the sound is great with an occasional distortion; cause unknown. One careful owner since new.
The photographs show the inside and out. This amplifier is unusual, having 2 pairs of speaker terminals as well as Filter and loudness controls. It does need a touch of tlc and a small amount of refurbishment which would make this an enviable addition to anyone hifi system. A rare opportunity to own a remarkable piece of audio history.
