Sony STR-DN1050 7.2ch Home Cinema AV Receiver.

What HiFi Product of the year in 2014
This is currently in daily use and has no known faults.
Although it’s a 7.2 System it can be setup as a 5.1 and has a dual zone capability. I’ve got it setup as a 5 channel with bi-wired Front and Centre speakers (No sub woofer cos there’s more than enough bass coming from our speakers !)
It comes with a handy little microphone for automatic setup of the speakers – essentially it makes one spot the central focus for the audio, quite handy if your hearing is as bad as mine and you have a preferred seating position !
I haven’t stripped it down as there are far better pics than I could take online and I want to get this listing up ASAP

The sale is entirely due to my failure to stand up to my wife’s insistence on a complete redecoration of lounge/dining room including losing all visible cabling and unnecessary (!) boxes.
Please note that the system will not be available setup for viewing/testing after 19th September as the new system will be being installed !
I am also selling a 5 speaker Kef speaker system (Q1 x2, Q8 x2, Q9c x1) inc floor stands for the Q1s and a Panasonic 42″ TV inc wall mount.
Obviously it can’t be shown fully working if the speakers are bought and collected first …
