For sale here is a Linn Unidisc SC SACD player. It is in good cosmetic condition. Unfortunately the original box and remote control are not included in the auction – for sale here is the unit only. I sold this last month and it left my care fully functional. The buyer used it for a couple of minutes on each of the first few days and on the third it simply clicked off for no reason and hasn’t been functional since. There is no sound output and the display does not light up. The suspicion is that it is a power supply issue but I am merely speculating. The fact that it worked for a couple of days after arriving leads me to believe that it hasn’t been too badly mishandled in transit especially since there is no damage to the unit it self. However, this could be a simple fix or catastrophic failure – I have no idea. Therefore this is sold as spares or repairs.
