Cosmetically it excellent condition with no nasty scratches or scuffs.
It powers up perfectly and the motor turns. The speed selection also works as it should but as you can see in the pictures someone has had it apart and never put it back together again. I do not know if all the parts are there so selling FOR PARTS ONLY
