National (Panasonic) Matsushita 10P X1 Vintage 3 Axial speaker driver.
10 diameter over frame with 4 mounting holes. The 5 mid range and 2 tweeter are enclosed completely within the main cone. In the USA these were called The Lafayette Trihelix. The speakers are electrically and mechanically independent. The crossover electronics are inside the blue rear cover.
Used original condition with some marks and corrosion on the metal parts. About 16 ohms. Tested as working and sounding good even without an enclosure.
This design was intended for compact bookshelf sized sealed enclosures that were becoming popular in the 1960s
Collection in person from near Farnham in Surrey is preferred as I can show it working but I will package and send it for 7.00 UK mainland only.
