Rogers JR149 Speakers please read description as some attention is needed. Condition is Used.
Here is a pair of the much loved Jim Rogers JR 149 speakers. I acquired these lovely speakers quite a few years ago. They came to me without the black surrounding foam which was easy to buy and fit but now the foam is disintegrating from being in the sun on the window cill. New foam is readily available on ebay. I will leave the old foam on to give some extra protection in transit.
The units are fully working and, as far as I can tell, are original. The crossovers can be seen in the pictures and they look in good condition. They still sound great giving the quality sound you would expect. In fact I’m listening to them as I type.
The wooden tops have also suffered over the years ( before I got them) and could do with some new veneer to bring them back to how they should look.
Reason for sale? I have too many good speakers and am running out of room to keep them. It’s time for someone else to enjoy these.
Whilst small, they are quite heavy so postage will not be very cheap. I’ll try to get the best delivery cost once they’ve sold.
