30 Day Exchange & Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a generous guaranteed 30 day period for you to inform us of your wish to return the item back to us. We then request that you send the item back to us within 7 days of notifying us of the return request for a full refund or exchange subject to our terms and conditions. Please note the product has to be in its original condition as received and unopened if sold as new and sealed. For security reasons, we will not be able to accept returns of certain products or products that have been used, unless sold as used in the first instance. Unfortunately we cannot accept any clothing items back for hygiene reasons. For all returns queries, please message us via the eBay Messaging System.
If you have received an incorrect item due to an error in our listing, or if you are not 100% happy as the item is not as described, or if the item is faulty in any way, please contact us in the first instance of the problem so that we can rectify the situation as soon as possible. However, as we do not want you to feel unhappy with a purchase, and as we are so confident in the products that we sell, we would like to offer all buyers (with the exception of clothing items which cannot be returned and BRAND NEW items which are covered with the manufacturers warranty anyway) a 30 day guarantee period. So rest assured, should an item fail within 30 days* then please inform us and we will do all we can to resolve the situation by means of a product repair, replace or exchange. If this is not possible, we can always partially refund you or refund you in full.
