SONY STR-S5L Stereo receiver + SONY RM-S5 System Remote Controller not working. Condition is For parts or not working.
Offered here is what I believe to be one of the first SONY Remote Control Systems they made – comprising the STR-S5L Stereo Receiver plus the RM-S5 System Remote Commander.
These are in fairly good condition for their age (circa 1980) but show signs of general use etc. I have no way of testing them as the receiver does not work.
They would make a good restoration project for someone who has basic electrical skills, so a low starting price.
However please be aware that due to their weight they will be sent as two separate items via courier within the UK (International dispatch via Ebay’s Global Shipping Program at additional cost). Any significant overcharge I will reimburse.
