For sale beautifully handcrafted Single Ended Class A valve amplifier.
It is a dual-mono power amplifier in a PSE (Parallel Single Ended) configuration (a parallel connection of two 6L6 power tubes) in class A. The design is based on the AN P2 SE with volume control. The same tube circuit is used by AN in SORO SE integrated amplifier.
The dual-mono design is based on two independent channels with 18W music power consisting of two EDIS power transformers (manufactured by L. Ogonowski – leading transformer’s manufacturer in Poland) and loudspeaker transformers from Com_S. The power tubes 6L6 are connected in parallel and controlled by 6SL7 tubes. Each power tube (6L6) has a stabilized anode current value through the Auto Bias system (the amplifier does not require Bias adjustment when replacing the tubes), the power tubes are paired.
The chassis of the amplifier is made of powder-coated steel sheet fittet onto a glued plywood layer and impregnated with wax. Point-to-point spatial electrical layout using good quality components such as:Beyschlag and Wishay resistors, Mundorf capacitors, blue Alps volume potentiometer, etc.
Dimensions are: W: 39cm D:37 H: 18 cm high, Weight: 25kg.
18W musical power per channel, one RCA input (cinch),
4 and 8 Ohm speakers impedance ready, 20-20,000 Hz bandwidth,
360W power consumption,
IEC power socket inlet with fuse and switch, additional 6.3V filament fuses inside the amplifier.
The amplifier is about 3 months old and I am selling it only because I have ordered
a higher spec model from the same manufacturer.
