Two Minipods Blue Room Sputnik Loudspeakers original silver with yellow. Condition is Used (see details below). Collection in person only LONDON SW18.
Only sold as the set of two. These are cult vintage speakers, they won the European speaker design award.
They are not Bluetooth as this did not exist then!
I bought this set new in Paris in 2003 at a specialised store called Presence Audio Conseil http://presence-audio.com/
I have been the only owner, I have the original invoice available on request (paid 564 Euros then).
These speakers are in perfect working order.
They have some minor scratches, wear and tear: one of the black little circle rubber ring is off on one of the speaker, the other rubber is going off a bit (see photos for details). The 3 stand rubbers at the bottom are still intact and original for the resting speaker. For the spike’ standing speaker, Im trying to locate the 3 silver spikes as I know Ive got them in a carton box somewhere (bear with me).

REBIRTH OF THE MINIPODAs Blue Room Loudspeakers separated from B&W in 1996 to become its own entity, the search for new production partners led to create the MiniPod from high stiffness, recyclable ABS plastic in Denmark.Some improvements to the general functionality poured into the new MiniPod model. These included a much-needed makeover to the delicate nature of the working drivers from B&W. Child proof tweeters and driver domes were built into the new specification as a solution to counter any accidental damage from the exposed drivers.
Martin de Saulles worked on the revised acoustic design and managed the integration of production with Scandyna in Billund, Denmark. He also reworked the Sputnik spikes fixing mechanism with his brother.
