Our ‘Bang & Olufsen 7-Pin DIN Socket to RCA Plugs with separate earth lead’ cable allows you to connect, for example, a compatible Bang & Olufsen BeoGram (or other manufacturers turntables) with 7-Pin DIN output plug to a non-B&O amplifier using RCA Phono plugs (Red and Black.) Please note that if connecting a BeoGram to a non-B&O amplifier, ensure that the BeoGram or amplifier has a built in Phono RIAA pre-amp. Should it not have one, we have these available in our eBay store. If you are not sure, please ask by sending us a message. This cable is the perfect solution for connecting a turntable that utilise a separate earth lead or earth connection (i.e. sometimes the earth connection point is on the chassis of the turntable itself as apposed to a flying lead that exits from the back of the turntable).
Simply connect your auxiliary equipment (amplifier) using the RED and BLACK phono connector plugs at one end and your source at the other. Some of the various sources that this cable can be used with include: Bang & Olufsen BeoGram’s with 7-Pin DIN plugs, BeoMasters etc etc..
Note: Please ensure that the equipment that you would like to connect has the RED and BLACK phono input connectors and that your B&O source (or non-B&O) equipment has a 7-pin or 5-Pin DIN Plug.
Please also note that this cable is used to output sound (from the connected BeoGram / turntable, 7-Pin DIN Socket) to the RCA plugs – it will not work in the opposite direction.
